How the HelpDesk works

Open a ticket here at the HelpDesk by clicking on the link on the Right. Our staff will answer your request for assistance and you will be notified by email when an answer is waiting for you here at the HelpDesk. *If you do not receive an email within 48 hours just login with your ticket ID or email address to review your answer.

If you missed a message in one of our free eBook series; just type "missed message".

*Occasionally legitimate email may end up in your Junk mail folder.

For Pre-Sales Questions just say "question", "sales", Affiliate ID or anything descriptive in the Order ID Field.

If you have already opened a HelpDesk ticket that has been answered, but wish to receive more help please post a follow up in the same ticket rather then opening a new ticket. This is for your own benefit since if you open a new ticket you will have to start again, explaining everything anew.

Please do not 'bump' your ticket to the top of the pile by continually posting to it. We answer tickets on a priority basis starting with the first in. So if your ticket is always at the top it may never get answered.
